Benefit Concert for Casey Umba

Coffee Works Cafe in Voorhees will host a benefit concert event for Casey Umba that will include performances by Singer/Songwriter Seth Glier, and the very talented local performer Suzie Brown. Please come out and support this event on Sunday, December 5th. Show starts at 7pm. Casey is 1 out of only 15 children in the world born with Chromosome 8p Syndrome, a rare chromosome disorder for which there is no cure. It has left him severely physically and mentally disabled for life, medically fragile, and completely dependent on others for all his needs. His immune system is compromised, he has difficulty growing and gaining weight, and he suffers from hearing loss, reflux disease, and colitis. Costly modifications are needed to make the family’s split level Barrington home handicapped accessible. This is why they really need your help.

Tickets are $25.00 which is well worth the concert alone.

BYOB, Basket Auction, 50/50 Raffle, Complimentary Coffee Works Coffee.

Events at The Scottish Rite

There are some great concerts that come to the Scottish Rite Auditorium. This venue dates way back and its kind of a Camden County secret. This historic 1930s art deco venue is an intimate theater with just over 1000 seats. It has nearly perfect acoustics, making every seat great. Free parking and it’s just minutes from Philadelphia and surrounding New Jersey communities. Some concerts coming up includeDave Mason and Dr. John on March 13th and Rosanne Cash on April 18th. It’s a fantastic place to see a concert!
