They played against Timber Creek in a very exiting game this past Friday night and walked away with a 23 – 17 victory. 2nd Annual Hammonton’s Got Talent!!

HAMMONTON, NJ – Do you think you’ve got what it takes…Hammonton’s Got Talent – Just Bring It!   The Friends of the Eagle Theatre will be hosting the second annual talent show fundraiser, “Hammonton’s Got Talent” on Saturday, May 30th at 7:00p.m. at the Hammonton High School Performing Arts Center (PAC). Tickets for the event will be $10 and available in advance or at the door.

During this special event, solo or group acts of all ages, will perform a 3 minute act of their choice. All groups must register and audition on April 18th or 21st. Registration fees for the event are as follows: Solo Act $10; Duet $15; Group $25. Registration forms and event policies may be picked up at Casciano’s Coffee Shop, Dance Magic, Dance Explosion and Simply Stationery.

All proceeds from the event will benefit the non-profit organization, Friends of the Eagle Theatre, and their efforts to restore the Historic Eagle Theatre, located on Vine Street in Downtown Hammonton. The restoration of the Eagle Theatre will create a much needed small performance hall which will be used for theater, dance, music, movies and other artistic purposes.

“Although Hammonton may be a small town, we have many talented residents, young and old alike. We can’t wait to see everyone come out and enjoy a wonderfully entertaining evening. This event reminds residents that in a few short months, performers of all ages and talents will have a new home at the Eagle Theatre,” Friends of the Eagle Theatre Committee Member Dawn Baldwin said.
